- Artform 3D is a sofware tool which may be used to create 3D animation.
- The user freindly environment contains a complete set of utilities for
- producing high quality presentations. Artform 3D is suitable for
- advertising, education or any number of other applications.

- Artform 3D animations may feature any number of realistic 3D objects
- navigating their way through a virtual universe. The surface of an object
- may reflect the light from many sources. The scene may be viewed from a
- camera which glides through space and spins in every direction.

- Details for the objects, the camera, and the light sources are written
- using a high level language which is simple, powerful and flexible. There
- are virtually no limitations to the complexity of the animations that may
- be created using Artform 3D.

- Artform 3D is more than just another animation package, it represents the
- new standard for generating three dimensional animated graphics. Artform
- 3D is simple to use, it provides a very comfortable working environment
- and it offers a powerful set of tools for drawing in three dimensions.

- The "Playback" utility program may be distributed and used without any
- restrictions whatsoever. This document file should be copied with it.
- The source code for this program is available and may be freely used
- to develop a software interface for Artform 3D video files.

- Instructions

- The "Playback" program must specify a file name. This may be the name
- of any video file, or it may be the name of a text file containing a list
- of video files. The extension need not be included in the file name.

- The playback speed may also be specified, in frames per second. If the
- value is not specified or is zero, then the video file will play back at
- the maximum possible rate. A value of between one and 99 will set the rate
- with crystal accuracy, up to the maximum possible rate.

- A number may also be specified which will be the number of times that the
- video file or list file will be repeated. If this value is not specified,
- or is equal to zero, then the video or list file will be repeated
- indefinitely.

- Playback <name of file> {playback speed} {number of cycles}

- Only one space character should to be inserted between each parameter.
- A text file with the extension "LST" may be written to contain a list of
- video files. A new line should be given to each file name in the list.
- Each file name may have its own playback parameters.
